This session explores how biomimicry principles can guide the evolution of IT Infrastructure and Operations. By observing natural ecosystems, we uncover insights into breaking down organizational silos, addressing cultural barriers, and managing transformation in complex environments. Using Conway’s Law as a lens, we examine how IT team topologies mirror and influence system architectures. We also discuss the strategic importance of developing unified AI and data platforms before full homogenization. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how natural models can inspire resilient, adaptive, and collaborative IT ecosystems for the future.
